Orders & Products

Yes — custom orders are one of our specialties. You choose the dimensions, wood type, fabric, colour and finish. We'll send you a design sketch and quote within 24 hours. WhatsApp us at +256 780 270 502 to get started.

Most custom pieces take 2–4 weeks depending on complexity and current workload. Simpler items like single chairs or small tables can be ready in 5–7 working days. We'll give you a clear timeline when you place your order.

We primarily use premium Ugandan hardwoods including mugavu, mvule and mahogany — known for their durability and beautiful grain. We also source quality fabric, foam, glass and metal as needed per piece.

Absolutely. Our showroom in Buziga (opposite Sky Complex, S-TV) is open Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm. You're welcome to walk in, touch the pieces and discuss your needs with our team.

Yes. All our furniture comes with a 12-month structural warranty covering joints, frames and craftsmanship defects. Fabric and foam wear are covered for 6 months. Contact us immediately if you have any concerns.

Delivery & Logistics

Yes. We offer free delivery within Kampala and greater Kampala for orders above UGX 500,000. Delivery outside Kampala is available at an additional cost — contact us for a quote based on your location.

Standard in-stock items are delivered within 2–3 working days. Custom orders are delivered once the build is complete. We'll coordinate a convenient delivery time with you in advance.

Yes, our delivery team handles full assembly on site at no extra charge within Kampala. For locations outside Kampala, assembly is included if we handle the delivery.

Definitely. You can collect from our Buziga showroom at any time during business hours (Monday–Saturday, 8am–6pm). Please bring your order confirmation when collecting.

Payments & Pricing

We accept Mobile Money (MTN & Airtel), bank transfer and cash. For large or custom orders we require a 50% deposit to begin production, with the balance paid on delivery or collection.

Our prices are already factory-direct with no middleman markup, so they're as fair as they can be. For large bulk orders (hotels, offices, schools) we do offer volume discounts — contact us to discuss.

Yes. We issue a proper invoice for every order and a receipt upon full payment. These are sent via WhatsApp or email — just let us know your preference.

For standard catalogue items you can place a reservation with a 30% deposit. For custom orders, full 50% upfront is required before we begin building.

After Sales

Contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) with photos of the damage. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund depending on the situation at no cost to you.

Yes — we offer furniture repair and restoration services. Bring the piece to our workshop or send us photos via WhatsApp at +256 780 270 502 for an assessment.

Yes. We can reupholster sofas, chairs and headboards in new fabric of your choice. It's often much cheaper than buying new. Visit the showroom or WhatsApp us photos for a quote.
